truth is

the cold has gotten the best of me.
i am no longer my own "bean" but a oozing ball of snot and much, much more...

if i am not coughing then i either have snot running down my face or i am trying not to swallow the snot that is rolling down the back of my throat.

i don't feel any better then i felt on thursday when i stayed home from work
deep breath....count to ten...do whatever it takes to work?
i will get better and life goes on.
i am felling better, well not physically better but mentally.
